Since founding the company over 20 years ago, Lee has gained vast experience of all aspects of the homecare sector and used this experience to firmly establish Village Care Ltd as a leader in its field. He has personally delivered care services to the companies valuable clients during much of that time. Lee’s role now is to ‘manage the managers’, overseeing company and staff development and ensuring that Village Care Ltd has a solid and dependable future to look forward to.

Mrs Ali Walker
Company Director & Secretary
Ali joined Village Care Ltd in 2000. Since then Ali has been a carer, supervisor, manager and now owns and runs the company alongside husband Lee. Ali’s day to day role involves supporting the Registered Manager and senior co-ordinators and supervisors in their day to day duties. Ali is passionate about ensuring that the clients are as satisfied as possible with the services and care that they receive. Ali still enjoys delivering ‘hands on’ care to clients on an occasional basis.
